Hi Kathi, I beg to differ as I am pretty certain the current leadership with a few exceptions (usually women, the leaders of New Zealand, Finland, Sweden, Costa Rica, Bhutan) is not capable to provide the solutions, that is up to all of us. We are the ones we are waiting for. Stepping into leadership to confront this existential crisis is what we all must do, each in our own way. I urge Umair with a 180k followers to do the same. I have sent him at least 15 messages over a couple of months that there are solutions out there that do not hit the mainstream, but if he would listen and if he would agree that these may have merit, then he can activate 180k people to become part of the solution. I am prodding him to do that. He is a brilliant writer and says things in a way I never could, but I have learned little new from him. His strong point is not telling new things, his strong point is telling things in a powerful way. Imagine what that would mean if he would come out as a protagonist for real solutions? Hope you see my point. Have a nice evening, Rob
